Image IT’s Technical Helpdesk is available to all clients. Clients contact the Helpdesk for any IT related issue/ problem and our Engineers resolve these issues /problems remotely.

Image IT’s Technical Helpdesk resolves over 80% of all support calls remotely resolving customer problems is a speedy and timely manner. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, Image IT will dispatch an Engineer within agreed service level agreements.
