Image IT’s Technical Helpdesk provides rapid IT Support to clients thus avoiding costly downtime and staff inactivity. Password changes, printing issues, internet issues, server issues, PC issues, backup restoration, email issues etc. can be resolve over the phone within minutes.
Your business can avail of rapid IT Support from our Engineers from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Our professional and experienced engineers provide advice and technical support on all aspects of network infrastructure including servers, PCs, Laptops, Firewall, Routers, Switches, Email etc. Image IT’s engineering team have full accreditation from Microsoft, Cisco and SonicWALL for supporting and maintaining network infrastructure and maintaining network security.
Image IT’s Technical Helpdesk supports and manages client’s Office 365 portal including Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Sharepoint. Our Technical Team also manages client’s antivirus, data backup, and resolve general day-to-day support issues.
A call logging system is used to monitor the status and history of all calls logged and clients can request a status update at any time.
Onsite Engineering Support
Image IT’s Technical Helpdesk is available to all clients. Clients contact the Helpdesk for any IT related issue/ problem and our Engineers resolve these issues /problems remotely.
Image IT’s Technical Helpdesk resolves over 80% of all support calls remotely resolving customer problems is a speedy and timely manner. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, Image IT will dispatch an Engineer within agreed service level agreements.
Proactive Server & Network Monitoring
Proactive Server & Network monitoring is a core service offering from Image IT as it ensures server and network issues are identified before they impact client’s businesses.
Image IT use the latest monitoring and management technologies that allows our engineers identify server and network performance issues. Damaged or compromised hardware give off alerts – by monitoring these alerts and network performance in real time, Image IT can order replacement parts before they impact on users.
Monthly Reporting allows business owners review the health and status of their network- providing important information on network uptime, user productivity etc.
