Image IT onsite installation & support COVID-19 policy
All Installations will be a mixture of onsite and remote installation work.
In line with health recommendations, Image IT is implementing the following policy to minimize the spread of COVID 19 while on customer sites.
- Engineer will arrive onsite wearing gloves and mask
- Engineer will wipe down area where working
- Engineer will keep a minimum of 2m from all customer staff
- Customer staff must keep a minimum of 2m from Image IT engineer
- Engineer must be allowed do install/ support without customer staff present
- Customer cannot request engineer to carry out additional tasks – all additional support queries should be logged with helpdesk
- Engineer work space should be reasonably ventilated (window open etc..)
